Primarily responsible for maintaining and developing web applications for RXPH and automating processes. You will contribute to the full software development life cycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Accountabilities:

• Maintain, develop, and scale various enhancements for the existing RXPH web application (Unity)

• Collaborate with different teams in gathering requirements.

• Administrative and Technical Documentation (Code, Architecture, Change, Bugs etc)

• Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.

• Work with complex data design/models.

• Analyze and maintain existing workflows and applications

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on technical inquiries/requests 

• Keep updated on new trends in technology 

• Automate workflow/processes using any required tech stack as see fit. 

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in building software web applications (Full Stack)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Front End Technology: HTML, Javascript, CSS, Good to have: Boostrap and HTMX

• Moderate to advanced skills in Python and Django Web Framework

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DB Query Languages in MS SQL (other DB is also accepted)

• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Intermediate knowledge in using CI/CD environments Git & GitHUB.

• Excellent documentation skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern 

• Ability to learn quickly, check details, meet deadlines, grasp product and process for business requirements

• Familiarity with AWS is a plus
