Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate or undergraduate are welcome to apply
• At least 6 months of work experience in Purchasing
• Fresh graduates with 3–5 months of internship experience in Purchasing are encouraged to apply
• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, supplies, and services needed for operations
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment
• Handle supplier coordination and resolve issues or delivery discrepancies
• Review, validate, and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
• Conduct price canvassing and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and support monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
