  • Increase Suppliers of Raw Materials to 3–5 per product to maintain pricing leverage and supply security. (Continuously updating tracker for accurate record keeping).
  • Create price comparison sheet per product to compare offers from suppliers.
  • Keep record of purchases from all suppliers (Record, keep & create request for payment):
  • Order
  • Delivery/Delay time
  • Payment (Coordinate with Accounting Payables)
  • Negotiate terms with all applicable suppliers (Always or whenever applicable).
  • Ensure the quality of all purchases through physical inspection, guided by a standardized criteria sheet, which must include checks for the following:
  • Weight conformity
  • Visible deformations or defects
  • Expiration date (flag items nearing expiry)
  • Presence of foul or off-odors
  • Overall freshness and appearance
  • Proper segregation of meat types (no mixed meats)
  • Absence of spoiled or damaged vegetables
  • Temperature compliance for frozen goods (Critical Control Point: -18°C or below)
  • Update the “Commissary Procurement Supplier Master Sheet.”
  • Assist in inventory auditing & monitoring.
  • Compliance:
  • OR whenever applicable
  • NMIS cert
  • HALAL Certificate
  • Build a strong relationship with suppliers.
