  • Conduct online research to source items and find new suppliers.
  • Verifying the authenticity of purchase orders to prevent the acquisition of counterfeit items.
  • Tracking purchase orders and ensuring timely schedules for deliveries.
  • Coordinating with the logistics department or the suppliers to ensure the product(s) arrive in good condition at the warehouse based on the request(s).
  • Conduct follow-up calls with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.

Gereklilik

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • At least a year of experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork if required to check and verify the quality of the product(s) from the supplier(s).
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start ASAP
