Job Description


The PR Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations and publicity campaigns of the company. They should assist in creating, maintaining, and protecting the company's reputation, enhancing its prestige, and presenting a favorable image. The PR Assistant will help in the development and execution of various publicity campaigns, ensuring that our brand image remains consistent and positive while expanding it to a wider audience. The PR Assistant should be an excellent communicator with a keen understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies. They should have a professional and engaging personality, capable of representing our brand effectively to the public.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Support the PR team in crafting press releases, speeches, and other PR content.
  • Maintain and update media contact lists, ensuring strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR campaign performance.
  • Help organize and coordinate press events, media briefings, and other promotional activities.
  • Assist in managing social media platforms by creating content and engaging with audiences.
  • Address media inquiries and facilitate communication between the company and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media opportunities.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience in public relations, media, or communications (internships included).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A pleasing and professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in content creation.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
