• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Engineering (Civil) or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of property or real estate management or related experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong managerial, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property operations, manage tenant relations, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate maintenance activities.
