Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion & Selling

• Promote and explain product features to customers.

• Assist customers in finding the products they need.

• Achieve daily or monthly sales targets.

• Customer Service

• Provide friendly and helpful assistance.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns.

• Ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Merchandising

• Arrange and replenish product displays.

• Monitor product availability and request restocks.

• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Inventory Monitoring

• Check stock levels and report fast-moving or slow-moving items.

• Assist in inventory counts and documentation.

• Store Coordination

• Coordinate with store supervisors or managers for promotions and display placements.

• Follow store rules and company policies.

• Reporting

• Submit daily sales reports, inventory updates, and customer feedback to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college level (varies per company).

• With or without experience (training is usually provided).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Trustworthy, hardworking, and presentable.

• Willing to be assigned to different store locations (if required).
