Supervise and oversee all on-site M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) work activities.
Monitor the progress of M&E works to ensure they align with the project schedule and meet quality standards.
Inspect and review M&E installation works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate daily operations with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.
Assist in reviewing construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies or clashes with other systems.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety regulations are followed and maintained at all times.
Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure corrective actions are implemented if deviations are observed.
Manage resources on-site effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to avoid delays.
Ensure that necessary testing and commissioning (T&C) is conducted before project handover.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and the project management team to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
