SCOPE OF POSITION

• In House Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects within facilities.
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine project feasibility and requirements.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project activities.
• Perform inspections and quality control to ensure projects meet design specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot design and construction issues as they arise during projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Provide technical expertise and support to facility management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the Plans and designs of the Engineering Department in Luzon
• Regularly Visit the Facilities of the Company and make recommendations for upkeep, repair and improvements
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction projects.
• Provide technical expertise in ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Give insight on collaborations with architects, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project activities.
• Perform inspections, punch listing, certifications, and quality control to ensure projects meet design specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot design and construction issues as they arise during projects.
• Provide technical expertise and opinion to other departments with regards to engineering related items, and support to facility management teams.
