Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control construction productivity, progress and quality
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Supervise admin manpower, material and equipment planning and allocation
• Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors works including off-site production
• Identify, document and seek approval for changes to project scope
• Attend weekly construction and safety meetings
• Prepare weekly progress reports and look ahead
• Join regular safety audits in conjunction with HSE team
• Assist LGU/PEZA permitting & approvals process
• Coordinate preparation and submission of as-built plans
• Assist to finalise O&M (operation & maintenance) manuals and conduct a facility orientation and training

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Engineering, PRC license
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in office fit-out, refurbishments or construction
• Familiar with National Building Code, Fire Code, Design Codes & OSHA standards
