We are hiring licensed Civil Engineers to join our Construction Management team as Senior Operations Engineers. This role is project management–focused and will serve as key Points of Contact (POCs) for container house/facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution for container houses/facilities.
• Oversee architectural, structural, and finishing/fit-out works.
• Supervise and guide site engineers to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients as the main POC.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and prepare reports.

• Registered Civil Engineer (required).
• At least 5 years experience in construction, with strong project management exposure.
• Solid knowledge in architectural, structural, fit-out, and finishing works.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage site teams.
• Experience in modular/container projects is an advantage.
