We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Engineer to oversee and monitor multiple ongoing projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all engineering and technical aspects of projects are implemented according to plan, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Field Engineer acts as a key liaison between on-site operations and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day project activities at various sites (GP Mall Sta. Rosa Laguna, Iruhin, Tagaytay)
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues that arise during the execution of work on-site.
• Prepare and submit site reports, project updates, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling work, resources, and logistics for multiple projects.
• Ensure that all work is executed according to company procedures and client specifications.
• Maintain and promote a safe working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a field or site engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to different project locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
