Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of Structural or Civil Engineering, or any relevant courses, post graduate degree is an advantage
• With at least five (5) years related experience
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring effective delivery of operational services critical to expansion and maintenance of core business requirements
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies consistent with the vision, mission, and core values of RUCS Konsult and achieve its performance, KRAs, and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project progress and explore improvement opportunities
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/recommendations according to customer needs
• Forecast and monitor team performance metrics based on set KPIs/KRAs
• Stay updated on industry best practices, knowledge, and trends
• Prepare and execute operational plan annually in alignment with the strategic plan set by the organization
• Establish industry contacts that can complement manpower and operational needs of the team
• Make recommendations on improving processes and controls to improve efficiency and productivity
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
