• Primarily responsible for planning, executing, and managing IT projects, ensuring they meet technical requirements, timelines, and budgets, and coordination with stakeholders and team

• Conduct site inspections and survey to determine cable paths and installation feasibility.

• Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications.

• Develop project timelines, resource plans, and material schedules.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Oversee installation of cable trays, conduits, racks, patch panels, and equipment.

• Supervise on-site teams during cable pulling, dressing, termination, and labeling.

• Monitor quality of work, ensuring best practices and safety standards are followed.

• Conduct or supervise testing of copper and fiber optic cables using certifiers (e.g., Fluke, OTDR).

• Compile and process project close-out documentation and handover packages for project billing.

• Ensuring projects are delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline and budget.

• Effectively allocating and managing resources including personnel, budget, tools, etc., to ensure project success.

• Communicating project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reporting on project progress and status

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering or related field is generally required

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience of IT project management or engineering roles

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud technologies, and project management methodologies

• Strong CAD knowledge and experience

• Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

• Able to perform on-site and field work activities

• Willing to report and deploy to client sites
