1. ERP Lead

Take ownership of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, guiding its implementation, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining our manufacturing, power products, motorcycles, and spare parts operations, ensuring peak efficiency and providing real-time data for informed decisions.

2. CRM & DMS Lead

Lead the way in optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS). You'll be instrumental in fostering stronger customer engagement and maximizing dealer performance across sales and marketing for our power products, motorcycles, and spare parts. Your ability to connect with people and systems will be key.

3. Data Specialist

Be our go-to expert for all things data! You'll ensure data accuracy, manage system architecture and databases, perform in-depth analysis, and integrate systems to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience
• Proven ability to interact confidently and productively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Worksheet.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration throughout the company

Preferred qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, management, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of business operations and processes within a manufacturing environment, particularly in areas like power products, motorcycles, and spare parts.
