Job Title: Project Coordinator – Manila
Location: On-site, Ortigas Manila
Reports to: Customer Operations Manager
Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – 50,000
Schedule: AUS Business hours, Monday to Friday
On-Call Roster: Required (rotating weekly) loading provided for assurance
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to
support fibre delivery and service assurance operations for Australian
customers. Working within our Manila delivery support office, you will manage
provisioning cases, coordinate field activities, and ensure timely and accurate
customer updates.
This is a hands-on delivery support role, requiring strong communication skills,
disciplined time management, and the ability to perform under pressure. You
will participate in a rotating on-call roster, for which a loading will be
provided.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track end-to-end delivery of fibre provisioning cases
Handle customer communication and provide regular status updates
Coordinate tasks with field contractors and internal support teams
Log and maintain accurate notes in ticketing tools
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, including after-hours fault
triage
Escalate risks and delays to the Team Leader
Meet daily/weekly SLA and case volume targets
Work collaboratively within the delivery support team
Report progress, exceptions, and customer feedback during team
huddles
Success Metrics
Case throughput and SLA performance
Timeliness and accuracy of updates
Contractor follow-through and task completion
Ticket quality and documentation accuracy
Reliability during on-call coverage
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 Years’ Experience In Fibre Provisioning, Support, Or
coordination
Strong written and verbal communication
Organised and KPI-driven; able to manage multiple tasks under
pressure
Willing to participate in on-call rotation (loading provided)
Comfortable working in Australian business hours
