Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output of cosmetic products under OMG Cosmetics. This includes supervising personnel, enforcing safety and GMP standards, and coordinating with other departments for seamless production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production line activities to ensure target outputs and schedules are met
• Oversee daily workforce deployment, timekeeping, and shift performance
• Ensure all production activities comply with company SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and R&D for materials, quality checks, and improvements
• Monitor machine and equipment use; report maintenance concerns promptly
• Ensure accurate recording of production output, raw material usage, and variances
• Conduct regular line inspections and provide training or guidance to operators and staff
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis for any production issues
• Prepare shift reports and production summaries
• Recommend improvements for efficiency, safety, and product quality

• With at least 2–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceuticals is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and manufacturing workflows
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and production documentation
• Willing to work on-site in Balintawak, Quezon City, OMG Building
