• Prepare, process, and package food products according to established recipes and procedures.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation guidelines in accordance with food safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
• Label and store products properly to avoid contamination or spoilage.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking raw materials and finished goods.
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or production delays to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, including safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Support the team in meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to cold or warm production areas depending on assigned section.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Shift work or overtime may be required depending on production demands.
