Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT, or Computer Science courses.
• Familiarity with KANBAN/JIT systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of POKA YOKE/KAIZEN principles is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an IT/engineering staff in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Microsoft Certification is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Visual Basic, C#, HDML, Java Script, C++,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Action- and results-oriented mindset.

Job Description:

• Analyze processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and root causes, using structured problem-solving tools.
• Develop, implement, and monitor improvement plans, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create, document, and maintain SOPs to standardize improved processes and ensure organization-wide compliance.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives by optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
• Track, evaluate, and report the effectiveness, savings, and results of continuous improvement activities, including other assigned tasks.
