* Plan and prepare production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand

* Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed

* Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams

* Track material availability and ensure timely delivery to the shop floor

* Maintain accurate records of production output and delays

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

* Identify and resolve any production or scheduling issues

* Bachelor's or College Degree

* With experience in metal fabrication manufacturing

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
