Compliance & Quality:

• Ensure adherence to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, or ISO standards).
• Work closely with the QA/QC team to manage non-conformance issues related to raw materials and production outputs.a

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PPIC, ideally in poultry, brewery, or food manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain operations, and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with poultry processing operations (e.g., slaughtering, deboning, 

packaging).

• Understanding of perishable goods inventory handling and cold chain logistics.
• Brewery or food/beverage industry background with transferable production 

planning skills.
