JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the pool of Loan Consultants/Agents specializing in brand new motorcycle financing within their assigned geographical area. They are responsible for driving sales production and sales target achievement by ensuring a continuously active pool of Loan Consultants/Agents and optimizing their performance through continuous support and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruits new Loan Consultants/Agents for brand new motorcycle financing through a mix of online and offline recruitment activities

Onboards and trains new Loan Consultants/Agents on company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques

Works with Loan Consultants/Agents to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets

Tracks and analyzes sales performance data to monitor sales performance of Loan Consultants/Agents and identify strengths and areas for improvement

Implement strategies to maintain high-quality loan portfolios and minimize defaults

Provide ongoing training opportunities to Loan Consultants/Agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge

Offer regular feedback, support, and guidance to Loan Consultants/Agents

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;

With 1-2 years' work experience in sales and/or sales recruitment in banking, finance, and related industries; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

With strong technical sales skills and relevant industry knowledge

Has good communication (written and oral), decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Should be persuasive, assertive, creative, adaptable, and analytical

Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

Should be computer literate and proficient in MS 365 applications (e.g., Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Willing to report to Ortigas Center, Pasig City with occasional fieldwork
