Job Summary:

Oversees and leads the efforts of Product Dev & Operations, Programming, and Technical teams in terms of projects and day-to-day operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs
• Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs and roadmaps
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and iterate based on user feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions
• Define and analyze key metrics to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure that product development stays within scope, time, and budget

Educational Background and Experience:

• Graduate of Marketing or any Marketing-related course.
• At least 3 years’ experience in product development, project management, and operations.
• Advertising platforms and Interactive Kiosks background is an advantage.
