Job Descriptions岗位职责：

- 负责钱包核心功能设计与优化，聚焦自托管安全、私钥管理、多链兼容、跨链转账及稳定币理财体验。

- 设计以稳定币（USDC、USDT、DAI、USDe 等）为核心的资产与收益管理体系，包括链上理财、RWA 收益、Restaking、质押与收益聚合。

- 推动 Account Abstraction（AA）、Intent-Centric 交互和无 Gas 操作等创新体验落地。

- 与稳定币发行方、收益协议、RWA 平台等生态伙伴合作，打造钱包的金融入口与收益层生态。

- 负责数据指标定义与追踪，基于用户行为和资产变化优化产品体验。

岗位要求：

- 3 年以上互联网或 Web3 产品经验，有钱包、支付、DeFi 或资产管理产品背景者优先。

- 熟悉 EIP-4337（AA）、多签/MPC、安全账户机制，对稳定币和收益协议有深入理解。

- 对金融产品设计有敏感度，理解收益模型与用户风险感知。

- 英文良好，能研究全球稳定币与链上金融创新趋势。

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and optimization of core wallet functionalities, focusing on self-custody security, private key management, multi-chain compatibility, cross-chain transfers, and stablecoin-based yield experiences.

- Design an asset and yield management system centered around stablecoins (USDC, USDT, DAI, USDe, etc.), covering on-chain yield, RWA income, restaking, staking, and yield aggregation.

- Drive the implementation of innovative experiences such as Account Abstraction (AA), intent-centric interactions, and gasless operations.

- Collaborate with ecosystem partners including stablecoin issuers, yield protocols, and RWA platforms to build the wallet’s financial gateway and yield ecosystem.

- Define and track data metrics; optimize product experience based on user behavior and asset dynamics.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in internet or Web3 product roles; background in wallets, payments, DeFi, or asset management products preferred.

- Familiar with EIP-4337 (AA), multi-signature/MPC, and secure account mechanisms; strong understanding of stablecoins and yield protocols.

- Strong sensitivity to financial product design, with understanding of yield models and user risk perception.

- Proficient in English and able to research global stablecoin and on-chain finance innovation trends
