The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities of the company, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing generators, fire protection systems (Fire Pro), valves, and other mechanical and electrical components essential for operations and projects.

• Source and procure equipment such as generators, fire protection systems, and valves, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and Maintenance teams to understand procurement needs and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and develop vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
• Manage the preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service quality.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and market trends, particularly in the power, fire safety, and industrial equipment sectors.
• Implement and monitor cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives in the procurement process.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Resolve procurement-related issues such as delivery delays, non-compliance, and pricing discrepancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on generators, fire protection systems, and valves.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proven skills in supplier negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance related to technical equipment and safety systems.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (8:00 to 5PM)
