JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management
• With 5 years’ experience in Finance Operations and Procure to Pay Cycle
• With 3 years’ experience in leadership and managerial
• Amendable to work in night shift schedule
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, and payments.
• Ensure process compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across all steps.
• Manage interactions between procurement, finance, and accounts payable functions.
• Lead the delivery of P2P services according to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Work closely with suppliers to resolve disputes, payment delays, and reconciliation issues.
