Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Nova Schola Tanauan located in Tanauan. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, curriculum development, early childhood education, communication, and kindergarten duties.

Educational Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
• Preference will be given to applicants who have successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience within pre-elementary or primary education settings.
• A good background and demonstrated proficiency in instructional methodologies are essential.

Skills and Qualities

• At least 5 years Nursery, Pre-Kinder and Kindergarten experience
• Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills
• Comprehensive understanding of early childhood developmental theories and practices
• Exhibit creativity and adaptability in the design and implementation of lesson plans and instructional strategies
• Strong organizational capabilities and problem-solving skills are imperative
• Demonstrate empathy and patience to effectively address and support diverse learner needs.
• A steadfast commitment to cultivating a passion for learning and promoting holistic child development is essential.
