PLUMBER

Qualifications

• With TESDA certificate and certificate of employment
• With experience in the same field is an advantage
• Excellent trouble-shooting ability
• Flexible and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
• Experience of working within malls preferred but not essential
• Punctuality and reliability are very important

Responsibilities

• Do standard operating procedure, check and refill all tanks for mall supply
• Check water flow
• Check all pump room, sumpit and lift station
• Do water meter reading
• Change air blower (air blower needs change run every hour)
• Reading water meter all tenant
• Grease and change belt
• Monitoring of equipment
• Assist contractor
• Assist tenant call and service call
• Do on-call duties as needed
