The Warehouse Picker (Reliever) supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking PICKUP COFFEE store orders using a scanner app/device, ensuring inventory accuracy, and assisting in the timely preparation and dispatch of goods. This position provides coverage and support during peak periods or when regular warehouse staff are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare store orders using a scanner app/device following pick lists or system instructions.
• Verify item quantities and product details before forwarding to QA for packing and dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of items in the warehouse.
• Follow standard safety procedures and adhere to company policies at all times.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with using scanner devices or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift, move, or carry items as required.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night and graveyard shifts.
