Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Use protective equipment (e.g., gloves, safety shoes) and handle items safely to prevent accidents.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Meet or exceed daily picking targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Work efficiently with minimal supervision, adhering to set deadlines and schedules.
Adapt to changes in workload or priority orders, maintaining productivity under varying demands
