Requirements:

• A graduate of Physical Therapy (licensed or unlicensed) 
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, movement principles, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and professional class environment
• One or more years of experience teaching in a studio, gym, or rehabilitation setting.
• Certified Pilates Instructor through a recognized training program or willing to be trained as a Pilates Instructor if not yet certified

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts fitness classes (both individual and group sessions), available online and in-person.
• Collaborates with clients to establish shared fitness goals and tracks their progress.
• Maintains and organizes appointments using the Easy Client scheduling system.
• Supports social media marketing initiatives.
• Provides assistance with front desk/reception duties when necessary.
• Demonstrated experience teaching mat and/or equipment-based Pilates classes
• Interest in continuing education and staying updated on Pilates and wellness trends
• Carries out additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
