As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Data Analytics Ventures Inc. (DAVI), you are responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns for that will grow Go Rewards brand awareness, drive transactions, engagement, and user base growth.

You’ll be responsible for developing rich quality content and amplify that across Go Rewards owned channels (app, web, social) and drive paid campaigns (search, social, display, video, programmatic, OOH) strategies that yield effective ROI/ROAS.

Responsibilities – How you will do this?

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns via paid, organic, and owned media channels with the aim of acquiring high quality traffic and conversions
• Manage budgets and set performance targets across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement and provide regular performance reports and recommendations to management
• Spearhead social media strategy including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and communities building
• Develop overall tone and copy for key seasonal campaigns throughout the year
• Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation
• Seek out new channels and innovative ways to capitalize on data to increase member acquisition and engagement
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies

To be successful, you’ll need

• 3+ years’ experience in performance campaign management and optimizing campaigns to performance metrics
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media (paid and organic), mobile, display, programmatic advertising, ASO/SEO/SEM, Account Based Marketing (ABM), and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience creating and optimizing paid campaigns for Facebook, AdWords, and programmatic channels such as DV360 preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Google Analytics, mobile measurement partners)
• Ability to work through ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate challenges with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment, often in complex organizational matrixes.
• Structured in your thought processes and can provide clear and concise communication to relevant stakeholders.
• A demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operationalizing processes
