Data Management & Integrity

Ensure accurate data collection, integration, and validation across marketing platforms.
Work with data engineers to refine data structures and improve reporting accuracy.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and attribution issues to ensure consistent measurement.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance.
Conduct deep-dive performance studies and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the performance strategy team to translate data insights into actionable strategies

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Optimization

Work alongside the performance strategy team to prioritize data needs, development, and improvements.
Provide guidance and data support to the strategy and operations team on data-related requirements.
Define and refine SOPs for performance data management.
Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering (DE), and Business Analytics (BA) teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting accuracy.
