We are seeking a Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department. You will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts, while managing the pastry team and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Pastry Creation: Develop and bake a variety of pastries and desserts, ensuring high-quality standards and creativity.
• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and schedule pastry staff.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Inventory & Equipment: Manage ingredient stock, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Collaboration: Work with the executive chef and front-of-house teams to align on menus and ensure timely service.
• Health & Safety: Maintain hygiene standards and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert decoration.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
