Role: Junior Paralegal / Admin Assistant

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Angeles / Mabalacat

Schedule: HYBRID


We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Paralegal / Admin Assistant to support our legal and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a legal support environment.

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents
  • Manage files, records, and document databases
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support compliance and general office tasks as required 

Qualification and requirements:

  • Previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or admin support role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace 

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or admin support role (preferred) 
  • Proficient in legal research and document management
