We are seeking a skilled Furniture Finisher with expertise in furniture painting using an air spray gun. The role involves preparing, painting, and finishing wooden furniture pieces to achieve high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finishes according to design and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare furniture surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming prior to finishing.
• Apply paints, stains, lacquers, or varnishes using an air spray gun with precision and consistency.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality, uniformity, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain and clean spray guns, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety standards for handling paints, solvents, and finishing materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Furniture Finisher or Spray Painter in the furniture or woodworking industry.
• Expertise in using an air spray gun for painting and finishing.
• Knowledge of wood finishing techniques, paints, stains, lacquers, and protective coatings.
• Ability to detect and correct imperfections in finishes.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment with paints and solvents.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-end furniture finishing.
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern finishing techniques.
