Our client, a MNC F&B chain seeks to hire a R&D Operations Scientist to be based in CBD Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Data Analysis: conduct in-depth market research on the Southeast Asian (SEA) market, with a focus on Singapore (SG), analyzing tea consumption trends, the competitive landscape, and supply chain resources to provide data-driven support for product development

• Consumer Research: Investigate local consumer taste preferences using various research methods, including surveys, interviews, and blind taste tests, to identify and meet the precise flavor demands of the target audience

• Product Development & Innovation: Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, including ingredient selection, formula design, flavor adjustments, and sensory evaluation, to enhance product offerings

• Product Feedback & New Release (on R&D side): monitor post-launch feedback on new drinks, continuously optimizing existing products based on market trends to strengthen competitiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or a related field preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the tea beverage or FMCG industry

• Familiar with the Southeast Asian (SEA) market is preferred

• Proficient in English and Chinese

• Willing to travel internationally for assignments. Willing to work 5 and a half day week

• Strong market research and consumer insights capabilities

• Proven ability to independently manage and execute research projects
