We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Manager to lead and oversee the Endoscopy Division. The ideal candidate will focus on managing KPIs, supervising a team, and driving organizational improvements without direct involvement in customer sales. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing operations, identifying organizational challenges, and implementing effective solutions.

 KPI Management:

 Monitor and manage key performance indicators for the Endoscopy Division, including:

o Sales and profit performance

o Customer visit tracking

o Product inventory management

o Accounts receivable and collection

 Team Management:

 Lead and supervise a team of 7 members aged 30–40.

 Focus on KPI tracking, profit & loss management, and team performance improvement.

 Provide guidance and support to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

 Organizational Oversight:

 Maintain a high-level overview of the team to detect and address potential issues.

 Implement measures to improve organizational processes and team performance.

 Support management in ensuring transparency and integrity within the team.

The hired manager’s main responsibility is team and KPI/PL(profit and loss) management. 

The manager will not handle the client, but will focus on team management to improve profit in the team/division.

■ Must Requirements:

・Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (any faculty is fine, but business-related would be better)

・Sales Experience (Endoscopy is preferable, but any medical or pharmaceutical-related industry would work)

・More than 5 years of managerial experience

■ Preferred Requirements:

・Direct experience from the Endoscopy business, such as: Olympus | Karl Storz SE & Co. KG | Boston Scientific Corporation | Pentax Medical (HOYA) | Mindray

* distributor/agency sales experience in the above brand would work.
