Job Summary:

• He/she is responsible for performing verification on all handoffs provided by the vendor and files the requests for deployment. He is responsible in moving the code from one environment to another.
• The Vendor Support Analysts are technically skilled (e.g. PL/SQL) and have good communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders of the project they support.

• Installation of application in SIT/UAT
• Implementation to SIT/UAT/Production
• Batch Job Run Request in SIT/UAT
• Restart of components in SIT/UAT
• Generate Jar Files in SIT/UAT
• Packaging of objects to be deployed to SIT/UAT
• Request copy of mapper configuration files in SIT/UAT/Production
• Firewall whitelisting
• Import/Export files in SIT/UAT/Production

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must have minimum of 2–3-year experience on PL/SQL. 
• Must have minimum of 2–3-year experience on Unix. 
• Must have experience with script execution and handling batch job requests. 
• Must have experience with managing SIT/UAT/Production environments.
• Must have experience in data extraction and file imports/exports in various environments.
• Must have experience in managing access requests and mapper configurations. 
• Must have experience in firewall whitelisting and component restarts. 
• Must have experience in vendor management, procurement, and deployment processes. 
• Must be proficient in relevant IT tools and systems (e.g., project management software, procurement platforms).
• Must have knowledge of deployment methodologies or frameworks. 
• Must be proficient with configuration management and IT infrastructure. 
• Must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
