JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Willing to manage operations across multiple time zones
• Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervised the invoice processing workflow for APAC and NALA, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle the resolution of parked and blocked invoices, ensuring adherence to aging standards.
• Manage compliance with local tax and regulatory
• Guide a team of invoice processing processors, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
• Cooperate with procurement, finance, and payment teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
