Responsible for leading and managing the entire operational delivery of ACES SOLAR, including site assessments, design accuracy, installation execution, technical quality, and project completion. Ensures seamless collaboration between Design & Engineering, Operations/Project Management, and Technical teams while overseeing the full project lifecycle from sales handover to customer turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Design, Engineering, Technical, and Project teams
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower deployment, and installation timelines
• Ensure technical accuracy, compliance, safety, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and issue resolution
• Improve operational processes and coordination across departments
• Support client escalations and ensure smooth project handover
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and After-Sales teams for seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, ECE, or related field)
• 5+ years experience in operations, engineering, or project management (solar, construction, or electrical industry preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge in solar or electrical systems, including load calculations, CAD, and PV design tools
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented, calm under pressure, with high integrity and professionalism
