JOB SUMMARY: (Operations Support Junior)

We are looking for reliable, organized, detailed-oriented encoder to join our team. Candidate should be a focused, quick thinker who can handle and process large quantities of data accurately and effectively. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mining of company information from different sources such as interview, government regulatory records, online checking and other related sources. 
• Encoding of company’s Financial Statements and General Information Sheet.
• Efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
• Confirm that entered data is accurate.
• Doing telephone verification.
• Input, track and maintain all encoded data and records.
• Answering queries from clients and internal requests. Report any major error or inconsistencies to immediate superior.
• Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• With typing speed and accuracy of 40 wpm
• Ability to quickly process and organize information
• With keen attention to detail
• Graduate of any 4 year course (preferably Business related course) but any course are welcome to apply
