The Franchising Officer is responsible for the end-to-end franchise recruitment administration (lead generation & sourcing, evaluation and screening of franchise candidates, and on-boarding of new franchisees), contracts management (renewal, contract amendments, and termination processing), and site development activities for network expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, evaluating, and securing potential franchisees to facilitate growth and expansion of Uncle John's franchised store network.
• Builds and strengthens relationships with Uncle John's franchisees, guiding them on store operations matters, and conducting business reviews with franchisees to coach them on growing their business.
