Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage a sales operations tasks and maintain all sales related documents & communications, including sales report.
2. Efficient and timely processing of the Works Order & Purchase Orders.
3. Manage and monitor maintenance contracts, coordinate with sales & technical team on maintenance issues.
4. Timely communication with both internal and external customers for sales order status.
5. Update & maintain customer assets database.
6. Manage shipment and delivery schedules.
7. Logistics monitoring – inbound and outbound shipments.
8. Compute for shipping budget and delivery costs of items.
9. Efficient use of Vtiger CRM & Quickbooks for internal records processing including but not limited to purchase orders, maintenance contracts, etc.
10. Facilitate accreditation process with customers.
11. Conduct cold calling activities and secure meetings with potential customers.
12. Other functions and responsibilities necessary for smooth operational processes beneficial to the company.
13. Manage all marketing-related activities.
