We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, including software and hardware troubleshooting, network maintenance, and system configuration. This role requires experience with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) setup and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (PCs, printers, network equipment, etc.).
• Provide day-to-day technical support for internal users and ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
• Set up and manage OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for live streaming or recording purposes, ensuring backup and recovery plans are in place in case of connectivity interruptions.
• Troubleshoot internet issues and provide quick, effective solutions to restore network functionality.
• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform regular maintenance on systems and ensure updates and security patches are applied.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment, video conferencing tools, and other tech-related assets.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with external vendors or service providers when necessary.

• Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
• Strong understanding of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Experience with internet troubleshooting, including router/modem setup and basic network diagnostics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
