We are seeking fluent Mandarin and English speakers to join a paid training program that leads to a long-term, full-time remote interpreter position with a major international client.

No prior interpreting experience is required. Comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

What You'll Do

Interpret conversations between Mandarin and English speakers accurately and professionally.

Facilitate clear communication in real time.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions.

Participate in a structured paid training program before handling live interpretation assignments.

Paid Training Program

Duration: 3 weeks

Live Training: 2 hours per day (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM California Time)

Self-paced assignments: Approximately 5 hours daily

Total: 35 paid hours per week

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
