We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MST (Maintenance Services Technician) Senior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical maintenance and repair, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer service. The Senior Technician will be responsible for overseeing and performing complex maintenance tasks, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that all equipment operates at peak efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on all MST equipment, ensuring top performance and minimal downtime.

- Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge in maintenance practices.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize equipment performance and longevity.

- Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance programs, documenting all procedures and maintenance activities.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify equipment issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment history and maintenance logs.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety within the team.

- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.

- Act as a liaison between management and technicians, communicating equipment needs and concerns.

- Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness in maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.

- Experience in maintenance and repair, preferably within the MST field.

- Strong technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Proven leadership abilities and experience supervising a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts if necessary.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

- Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures.
