Requirements:

• 3 years experience as a molding supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using production management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
