Job Title: Injection & Mold Production Supervisor / Manager

Required Experience:

• BS Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering graduate
• 2–5 years of managerial-level experience in manufacturing/production operations
• In-depth knowledge of injection and mold production
• Ability to troubleshoot machines under injection/mold operations
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day injection and mold production operations to achieve output, quality, and safety goals
• Monitor and troubleshoot injection molding machines and mold-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to build strong technical and operational capabilities
• Implement and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for preventive maintenance, mold changeovers, and equipment upgrades
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in injection molding processes and mold production
• Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring products meet technical specifications and customer requirements
• Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend action plans for improvement
