Job Title: JUNIOR MERCHANDISER

The Junior Merchandiser assists in managing garment orders from development to shipment. The role involves coordinating with buyers, production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure materials, samples, and finished goods meet buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines. The Junior Merchandiser supports order tracking, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth production flow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and merchandising workflow.
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, sizing, and quality requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow up on samples, materials, and production schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
